Reserve Your Date/Bridal Contract

Once you have reviewed our wedding packages, Tropical or Traditional beach decoration/setting packages, A La Carte items, and Terms and Conditions, and have decided that you do indeed want to reserve a date and time with us, you will want to fill out the contract below, indicating which packages you have selected, then click “Submit.” Once you click the submit button you will be taken to our Paypal payment page to make your $100.00 deposit.  We will then be able to confirm your reservation. If you prefer you can choose to  print this contract at the bottom and return it by mail or email.  Once received, we will able to start the planning process for your dream wedding.
