BEACH DECORATIONS
Our Beach Decorations/Settings are known to be the “Best on the Beach.”
Our NEW Tropical Bamboo Arch, Bamboo Wind-Catchers with soft billowing white Tulle, and Bamboo flower “vases” to line the aisle can be decorated with either colorful tropical flower arrangements, or the more traditional white flowers. Either way, they will give your wedding a tropical setting, with the ocean as a background
What could be more beautiful than a traditional White Arbor, elegantly decorated with white floral arrangements.
Both the Bamboo Arch and Traditional White Arbor can be framed with large palm trees. Your aisleway can be lined with Bamboo, with Bamboo Wind-Catchers or flower vases, Tiki Torches or giant Conch shells. Rose petals can be sprinkled in the aisleway, or in a heart shape where the bride and groom stand.
Chairs: We offer a parent/grandparent seating package of 8 white chairs, but additional chairs are available, depending on the number of guests. The chairs can be decorated with white coverings with colored sashes.

CEREMONY
In order to ensure that your ceremony is personalized and romantic, we can help you plan the perfect ceremony – whether for a wedding or Renewal of Vows.
You may want to include the Sand or Blessing of the Shell Unity ceremony, a wonderful way to include and acknowledge the joining of couples and of families. This is a perfect ceremony as well for second marriages with children.
We have sample ceremonies to choose from, including a Traditional and an Ocean Theme, but we encourage you to add favorite readings or bible verses, or your own special vows.
Renewal of Vows: What could be more romantic than renewing your vows at Sunset, with the beach as a background. Perhaps you missed out on a traditional wedding, and want to create new memories, or you want to include your family and friends in celebrating your Anniversary and love.

ENTERTAINMENT
Music on the Beach:
We can provide background music to entertain your guests while they are waiting for the ceremony, the traditional “Here Comes the Bride,” the Recessional Wedding March, or any of your favorite songs. With the Music on the Beach comes a microphone for the ceremony, which helps your guests hear the ceremony above the music of the sea and wind.
Reception Music: Put your dancing shoes on!
Whether you’d like a standard IPOD/speaker set-up to play a variety of music, a DJ to play a list of your favorite songs, or a more intimate low-key wedding band playing to dance the night away and celebrate, we can help you choose the perfect entertainment for your reception.

FLOWERS
Our Basic Sea Breeze Package includes the use of one of our beautiful Silk Bridal Bouquets. However, if you are interested in a fresh flower bouquets or silk bouquet to keep as a memento, we can help.
Tell us your wedding party colors and our florists will put together a lavish bridal bouquet and traditional groom’s boutonniere, along with bridesmaid bouquets, Mother and Grandmother corsages and even flower girl baskets.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Weddings are not permitted on the Beach in the Myrtle Beach City limits. Should you decide to stay in the City, where there are numerous Oceanfront and non-oceanfront resorts and hotels, we have several beach locations 15-20 minutes North or South, where we perform weddings in locations that may be less crowded. If you envision a wedding ceremony where you are staying, we offer a list of recommended accommodations:

All along the “Grand Strand,” there are many varieties of places to stay:
*Private Oceanfront Homes – some up to 6-8 bedrooms. Perfect for large families
*Oceanfront Resorts — Most with indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers and other amenities to entertain your guests, and banquet/reception facilities
*Smaller oceanfront hotels with outdoor pools
*Non-oceanfront hotels – Most with outdoor polls, more reasonably priced. We can recommend those with reception facilities.
We will be happy to make recommendations and help you make reservations. If your group requires 10 or more sleeping rooms, we are glad to assist you further by setting up a room block for you and your guests. Either way, we encourage your guests to call us directly to make individual reservations for all types of accommodations.
Pet Friendly Hotels: There are a few oceanfront hotels that allow pets, such as the Hilton, Myrtle Beach, Patricia Grand Resort, Ocean Park Resort and the Sea Mist Resort. Other non-oceanfront properties include the Comfort Suites on Frontage Road, Holiday Inn Express, Murrells Inlet, LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Red Roof Inn South Kings Highway and Staybridge Suites, Outlet Blvd.

TRANSPORTATION
There are a number of limousine and bus services to choose from. The vehicles range from deluxe stretch limos, to 15 passenger vans to 21 – 54 passenger buses. Some services charge a flat fee while others charge a per-hour fee plus gratuity, with a 3 or 4 hour minimum.
Whatever your need – a limo to take the bride and bridesmaids to and from the spa and hair/nail salon, a limo to take the wedding party to and from the wedding and reception, or a bus to take everyone to and from the wedding and reception, we can help you shop for rates, and make recommendations for reliable companies.
We can even line up transportation to and from the airport for your guests.
Rental Cars: We will gladly quote rates for rental cars, and make reservations directly.
